This is one dish I make for company. If you can find Scottish Salmon you should buy it.  It has just enough fat to make it buttery and tender. I find it the best salmon to cook. Serve with a side salad. 

My favorite salmon is Scottish Salmon. This simple baked recipe doesn’t need a lot of ingredients. Just pure, simple salmon with a side of salad and a grain.

You can make this as spicy or non-spicy as you like. The ginger, garlic marinade will make this a fish fry you will make all the time.

This salad is light, refreshing, flavorful and its a quick weekday dinner.

To keep your salmon tender, cut long pieces of salmon and use one piece per skewer. This yields a juicier piece of salmon.
