I served this with a side of pasta. The sauce goes great spooned over your favorite pasta. The salmon is so tender from cooking in the sauce. This may just be a new favorite salmon dish.

I'm sure you could try this with any type of fish, but I'm a fan of Chilean Sea Bass.

I thought I could only get a good Chilean Sea Bass at a restaurant. I was wrong, you can have a great dish at home!  The wasabi sauce is mild.

This is my favorite grilled fish.
