Seafood — chilean sea bass RSS

I'm sure you could try this with any type of fish, but I'm a fan of Chilean Sea Bass.

I thought I could only get a good Chilean Sea Bass at a restaurant. I was wrong, you can have a great dish at home!  The wasabi sauce is mild.
