Indian Food — Masala RSS

Serve this topped with some fresh chopped cilantro and a drizzle of cream.  Eat with steamed rice or just plain. This is a North Indian dish. It’s a delicious, healthy meal that everyone can enjoy.

When okra isn't in season, I have used chopped frozen okra and it tastes just as good as fresh and its less work to cut up.
