Indian Food — curry leaves RSS

This is a South Indian dish, but I haven't met a South Indian yet who knows about this pickle. I think they are all eating mango pickle and forget about the curry leaf!

This dish is known as Semiya Upma but Roasted Vermicelli is my English version of this dish.
