Dessert — peanut butter RSS

My mom made this sauce when I was a kid and as an adult I still can’t wait to eat the warm sauce over vanilla ice cream. Chopped some peanuts to sprinkle on top. It would be great on chocolate ice cream too.

This white cake is topped with creamy peanut butter that melts into the warm cake and then topped with melted chocolate candy bar that firms at it cools. Serve like a bar cookie by cutting into small bites. This is sure to please a crowd.  This recipe is similar to the famous TastyKake from Philly. 

You can't go wrong with this cookie....ever! I just added the Hershey kisses in the photo. You should try eating one with a gooey, melted Hershey kiss.
