Ingredients

2 - 14 oz cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed

¾ cup very thinly sliced celery, include some chopped leaves

½ red onion, finely minced

3 T. Chopped italian parsley (flat or curly)

½ teaspoon dried chili flakes or Calabrian chilies

1 garlic clove, minced

6-8 T. Olive oil
-
1-2 T. Champagne vinegar
-
Pinch of sea salt
Directions
In a bowl, add all the ingredients and season with salt. Ready to serve or let sit to marinate. Add a can of tuna if you wan to change it up a bit.
