Indian Food — sambar RSS

Serve with Rava idli, rice or pongal. This is a thicker sambar than if you would use Toor Dal.  This is my preferred Sambar.

This is an eggplant, lentil, tomato dish with coconut paste blended in to make this a delicious eggplant dish. It is one of my favorite eggplant recipes.
