This creamy cashew gravy will surely be a treat on anyone's palate. Mushroom Matar (peas) Malai (cream)

Spiced, creamy curry with peas and paneer (cubed cheese). It looks so pretty with all the colors. I like to fry until I have a lightly golden paneer for this dish. Gives it a better texture, and I feel like the paneer does not get dry this way.
