Don’t wait to make this dessert. It is a delightful dessert featuring sweet, juicy strawberries baked beneath a golden, crumbly topping. The fresh strawberries are combined with a hint of sugar and a splash of lemon juice, that creates a filling that bubbles as it bakes. The topping is made with flour, sugar, and butter and adds a perfect contrast in texture. This is ideal served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. It celebrates the flavors of summer.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. The cobbler juices will overflow. The baking pan will catch all the juices from the baking cobbler.
In a large bowl combine the strawberries, lemon juice, sugars and spices. Mix gently and add strawberry mixture to individual ramekins. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes while preparing the topping.
In a bowl, combine the flour, sugars, baking powder and salt. Stir to combine. Add the grated butter and toss again to combine. Add the hot water and stir until you have a crumbly batter.
Remove the ramekins from the oven and using a small cookie scoop, top each ramekin with 4 scoops of batter. Combine the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle each dessert with cinnamon sugar topping
Bake in the oven until the crust is golden or a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Serve warm or at room temperature with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
