Grilled Corn on the Cob w/Husk

Directions
Pull back husks without detaching them from the bottom of the cob. Remove silk from inside corn and fold husks back over the corn to cover.
When all corn is clean, add to a container of cold water and soak for 20 minutes before grilling. It can soak longer if needed.
Preheat grill to medium high.
Remove corn from water and shake off excess. Place cobs on grill and cook for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
To serve, pull back husks and top with butter and salt. If you like tagine, you can sprinkle that too.
Recipe Note
For chili lime mayo:
2 T. Mayonnaise
1-2 T. Fresh squeezed lime juice
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Salt
Serve corn with this topping.
