Spicy peanut chutney

Ingredients

2 T. Oil

2 cups peanuts

8 garlic cloves

1/2 onion, cut into chunks

10 chilis de arbor (dried red chilis)

6 tomatillos
-
1 teaspoon salt

1 cup water
Directions
In a medium pan, add oil and roast peanuts. Add garlic, onion and red chilis. Cook for about 7 minutes. Remove from pan.
Add tomatillos to the hot pan and char until they are browned on both sides about 5-7 minutes.
Add all ingredients to a blender with salt and water. Blend to a smooth paste.
Recipe Note
Use this on carnitas tacos/shrimp tacos/beef tacos or simply eat with chips. So delicious.
