This recipe comes from a long time friend, Bill M. Its a quick recipe that you are sure to love, just like I love Bill.
Ingredients

1 large jar Ortega Salsa (medium spice) or any jar of salsa that you prefer

1 large can diced green chilis

1 - 4 oz. can diced jalapenos - you will only use 2 T.

6 Roma tomatoes, chopped

1 onion, chopped

1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Directions
Dice all ingredients to desired texture and mix together. Best if it sits overnight or at least 4 hours.
Recipe Note
Note: Use sweet onions (Big Toms or Vidalia's) toward spring and summer they make the salsa taste better.
