Ingredients

2 cups basil

1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted

1/4 cup Parmesan, grated

1 garlic clove

pinch of salt

1/2 cup olive oil
Directions
In a food processor, add the first 5 ingredients and pulse a few times to coarsely chop. Turn food processor to low setting and slowly add olive oil until mixture is a paste. Taste and adjust with salt.
Enjoy on pasta, sandwiches, in scrambled eggs, spread it on warm bread as an appetizer. Use your imagination to add a punch of flavor to your favorite foods.
