Olive Cheese Puff

This recipe comes from the late, great Estelle Yeager. Everyone's favorite Italian cook.
Ingredients

1/4 lb. mild cheddar cheese, grated

1/4 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup flour, sifted

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika

24 olives, drained and dry
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°
Mix all dry ingredients until it forms dough. Cover each olive with a small round of dough. Make sure there are no holes in the dough.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
