Lemon aioli is a creamy, tangy condiment made with mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and olive oil. It has a smooth texture with a zesty lemon flavor. Perfect for dipping steamed artichokes, drizzling over seafood, vegetables or as a dip for French fries.

Ingredients

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 T. Olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 lemon, juiced

Zest from 1 lemon

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Recipe Note
Great for grilled or steamed artichokes or salmon.
