Ingredients

1 baguette, fresh loaf

6 oz. freshly sliced jamon serrano (serrano ham)

6 oz. thinly sliced Manchego cheese

1 jar roasted peppers

Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Slice baguette lengthwise and drizzle the interior with olive oil on both sides of bread.
Arrange slices of ham and cheese on bottom half of baguette and top with roasted peppers. Slice and serve with pickles.
