Garlic Shrimp Tapas

Serve this for a tapas meal. Small portions, Spanish style.

Ingredients

2 oz. small de-veined, shelled shrimp
-
2 T. olive oil
-
2 T. white wine
-
2 cloves garlic, peel and sliced

1/8 teaspoon dried red chili flakes

1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced

sea salt

Crusty bread
Directions
Add olive oil, wine, garlic and chili flakes to a small pan and heat until oil and wine begin to simmer. (If you have heat-proof small dishes you can add them directly to the heat)
Add the shrimp and cook for about 1-2 minutes, or until the shrimp turns pink. Sprinkle with sea salt and parsley.
Serve with good crusty bread for dipping.
