Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets

½ cup flour

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon sweet paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
½ teaspoon onion powder
-
¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper

¾ cup buttermilk or milk
-
¼ cup Franks Hot Sauce or Wing Sauce
-
3 T. Butter
-
2 T. Honey
Buffalo Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium sized bowl add flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Add buttermilk and mix to make a smooth paste.
Add chopped cauliflower into batter. Shake off any excess batter and place on lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10 min. Flip and bake another 10 minutes. Baste with buffalo sauce mixture and complete baking for another 10 minutes. Broil for the last 2-3 minutes for a crispy finish.
Buffalo Sauce
Add hot sauce, butter and honey to a small saucepan and heat to boiling on stove top. Cook for 10 minutes and turn off until ready to use.
Recipe Note
Serve with Buttermilk Ranch Dressing or Blue Cheese Dressing.
