Ingredients

1 lb. Boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into cubes

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

1/2 teaspoon chat masala

1/2 teaspoon pepper
-
1 tsp. Methi leaves, dried
-
1 T. Corn flour
-
1 T. Lime juice
-
2 T. Yogurt
-
2 green chilis, chopped
-
1 T. Heavy cream
-
1 T. Ginger/garlic paste
-
10 cashew nuts, soaked and ground to paste
-
1 T. Kosher salt
-
1 T. Butter
-
1 T. Oil
For cooking
Directions
Add chicken and all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine. Marinate at least 5 hours or overnight.
Add oil and butter to a pan and cook chicken pieces on both sides.
Burn chicken pieces with a torch or set under broiler until chicken pieces are charred.
Note: You can also add chicken pieces to a skewer and grill the chicken pieces until cooked and charred.
