If you need a quick, tasty, everyone will love it, kind of dessert, this one will do it. Just a few ingredients creates a warm dessert that you can serve with a scoop of ice cream. Use Trader Joe’s peaches if available, they are jarred in a simple white grape juice, not a heavy syrup.

Ingredients
-
1 - 24.7 oz jar of peaches (Trader Joes) or 2 - 15 oz jars of peach, no sugar added
-
1 T. Cornstarch
-
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-
1 box yellow or white cake mix
-
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour the peaches and juice into a lightly greased 9x9 inch cake pan. Or you can use a cast iron pan. I use my 10 inch cast iron for this dessert.
Sprinkle the cornstarch and cinnamon over the peaches and stir to combine.
Add the dry cake mix and the melted butter into a bowl and mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle the crumbled mixture evenly over the peaches.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
Remove the cobbler from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Yum!
