Ingredients

1 pie crust (homemade or ready-made)

5 peeled, cored, sliced apples (Granny Smith, Envy, Honey Bee) - use your favorites

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

½ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup brown sugar, packed

3 Tablespoons flour

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ teaspoon nutmeg

¾ cup flour
-
¼ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup brown sugar

⅓ cup butter, softened
Crumble Topping
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Add pie crust into pie pan
In a large bowl, mixed sliced apples, lemon juice, both sugars, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg and stir to combine. Place into crust.
Topping
In a medium bowl, add flour, both sugars and butter and mix with a fork until you have a coarse crumbly mixture. Sprinkle mixture over the apples to cover the top.
Bake @375 for 50 minutes or until they are fork tender.
