Ingredients

1 cup flour

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup butter, softened

4 eggs

1 1/2 cups chocolate syrup (Hershey's)

1/2 cup butter, softened

3 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 tsp. mint extract OR 2 T. green creme de menthe

3 drops green food coloring
-
pinch of salt
-
2 cups powdered sugar
-
1 cup chocolate chips, milk or dark

6 T. butter

Directions
Brownie
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 inch baking pan.
Combine flour, sugar, butter, eggs and syrup in a large bowl, beat until smooth. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly in the center. Cool completely on rack.
Mint Layer
Add butter and cream cheese to a mixer bowl and beat on low until blended. Add mint flavoring, food coloring and pinch of salt. Mix to combine.
Slowly beat in powdered sugar until well combined.
Spread mint mixture over cooled cake.
Cover and chill.
Chocolate layer
Combine chocolate chips and butter in a small bowl and microwave in one minute intervals until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is smooth; cool slightly. Pour glaze over chilled dessert and chill dessert for one hour before serving.
