Ingredients

½ cup fresh fruit sliced and sprinkled lightly with sugar or drizzled with maple syrup (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

2 T. Old fashioned oats

2 T. Chia seeds

¼ teaspoon vanilla

½ cup milk, (I use Oat milk)

Slivered almonds or chopped walnuts/pecans.
Directions
Add sliced fruit on the bottom of a small bowl. Add oats, chia seeds and vanilla. Pour milk over the top and stir gently to mix. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, add chopped nuts, fresh fruit and a scoop of yogurt, if desired. Breakfast is ready to serve.
