I have put all my favorites into this granola. I call it gourmet because it has more ingredients than just oats and nuts.

Liquid ingredients
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare two cookie sheets by lining with parchment paper.
Dry ingredients
In a large bowl mix together all the dry ingredients.
Liquid ingredients
In a glass measuring cup, melt butter. Once melted, add all the other liquid ingredients to equal 1 cup of total liquid. Stir to combine.
Pour the warm liquid over the dry ingredients until you don’t have any more dry oats in the bottom of the bowl.
Pour the granola mixture onto two cookie sheets, evenly splitting the granola.
Bake the granola for 25-30 minutes until lightly browned. You may have to move the bottom tray to the top shelf for 5 minutes, after you remove the top cookie sheet to make sure you have a nice even browning.
Let the mixture cool and store in an airtight container.
