Ingredients

2 cups flour

4 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 egg (lightly beaten) for egg wash
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a mixing bowl using your bread hook, add the flour, baking powder and salt. Turn on mixer and gently mix. Add the yogurt and mix until your dough turns into a dough ball. The dough can be sticky, so add flour 1 tablespoon at a time to desired dough.
Remove the dough and divide into 8 equal portions. Form into balls and let dough rest for 10 minutes.
Roll each ball into a long log about 8 inches long and then form into a circle. Place onto a parchment lined baking tray.
Make an egg wash using one egg and a splash of water. Brush the egg onto the bagels and top with your favorite seasoning.
Bake for 24-26 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool before slicing.
