This is a great year-round breakfast. You can swap out the chicken sausage for turkey sausage or use up some of that ham from your holiday. Use frozen cubed potatoes or fresh grated hash browns. You decide - this is a versatile recipe that will still taste great.
You want to make this !!!! Pictured here as a topping on a fruit smoothie bowl. You could also eat this on top of yogurt with a drizzle of honey. Or, do like my kids do, take the entire container in their bedroom and bring back an empty container the next day.
